- Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances like, landslides, natural calamities road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), during the tour (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

Arrive at Delhi Airport/Nizamuddin Railway Station. Reporting time will be 11:00 AM & Proceed to Haridwar. On arrival at Haridwar. check in at hotel. Evening visit Hari-ki- Pauri & Attend Ganga Arati. Overnight at Haridwar.
After breakfast proceed to Barkot, On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at Barkot.
Early morning proceeds to visit Yamamori on arrival at Jankichatti proceed for Yamunotri temple (by 6 KM trek - Walk, Doli, Kandi, Horse etc.- at Own cost). On arrival at Yamunotri visit Yamunotri Temple & take a bath at Hot Water Springs. After darshan return to Barkot. Overnight at Barkot.
After breakfast proceed to Uttarkashi. On arrival visit Uttarkashi Temple. After darshan check in at hotel. Overnight at Uttarkashi.
After breakfast proceed to Gangotri. Enroute we will pass through scenic village Harshil. On arrival visit Gangotri Temple & Ganga Ghat Darshan. After darshan return to Uttarkashi. Overnight at Uttarkashi
After breakfast proceed to Guptkashi. Enroute visit Rudraprayag. On arrival at Guptkashi. check in at hotel. Overnight at Guptkashi.
Early morning proceeds to Sonprayag. On arrival proceed towards Kedarnath by walk. / By horse – At Own Cost. (Trek Approx. 21 KM One way). On arrival at Kedarnath. Visit Kedarnath Temple. And Evening Aarti. Dinner & Overnight at Kedarnath.
Early Morning take Kedarnath Morning Darshan. after breakfast return to Sonprayag by trek (approx. 21 KM). On arrival proceed to Gupta Kashi. Overnight at Guptkashi.
Early Morning proceed to Joshi math. Enroute visit Karnprayag, Nanadprayag, Vishnuprayag. On arrival check in at hotel. On arrival visit Badrinath temple & Take Darshan of Badrinath. Overnight at Badrinath.
After darshan proceed to Mana Village & visit Ganesh Gumpha, Vyas Gumpha, Bhim Pul, Sarswati River, Swarga Rohan Marg. Proceed to Srinagar Overnight at Srinagar.
Early morning proceeds to Rishikesh. Enroute visit Devprayag. On arrival visit Ram jhula, Triveni Ghat, , check in at hotel. Overnight at Haridwar.
After breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to New Delhi railway station/ Airport. Tour Concludes.

VEHICLE POLICY
Please not that AC will be switched off while traveling in hilly terrain.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary.
You will have to explore the place of visit on your own. Itinerary is subject to change.
Driver Allowance will be charge extra for the Cab usage before 7.00 AM and after 8.00 PM.
Vehicles are on point-to-point basis, not on disposal, extra usage will attract extra cost.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
HOTEL POLICY
It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at
the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason.
Domestic Hotels Check in and check-out – 14.00 pm & 10.00Am
Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in,
the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to
be made starting from the previous night.

Payment Policy
Kindly Deposit/Pay 50% advance of the Tour amount & full amount of Air / Railway
tickets amount at the time of confirmation.
Balance 50% payment should be made 15 days prior the Tour Starts.
Do not deposit cash in our Account.
Cacellation Policy
Air/ Railway tickets cancellation charges at actual as per Airlines /Railways policy.
. Prior to 60 days or more - 10% of the Tour cost
· Between 60 to 30 days of departure - 25% of the tour cost
· Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of the tour cost
· Before 15 days prior to date of departure - 100% Tour cost
Terms & Condition
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation
segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike,
Road blocks, heavy rush or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are
neither refundable nor exchangeable
