  • Laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.

Request you to meet at Mumbai International airport (Terminal 2), near Gate No 4 .as per the scheduled flight departure time and complete boarding procedure and then proceed to Kathmandu. Welcome receives at Kathmandu International Airport and transfers to hotel. Check into hotel with welcome drink. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel

After breakfast at Kathmandu, departure to Chitwan National Park. On the way visit Manakamana Devi's temple by cable car riding. Proceed to Chitwan, check into hotel with welcome drink. Dinner followed by Tharu (ethnic) Culture Dance.Overnight stay at hotel

After breakfast, start Jungle activities including: Canoeing on the Budhi Rapti River to see Crocodile / Jungle walk / Visit Elephants Breeding Center. After lunch Elephant Back Safari to See One-Horned-Rhinoceros and many Wild-Animals, in the Evening visit Rapti River Bank for Sunset View. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. (We request to all Ladies to wear Punjabi Suit or Trouser during Elephant Safari)

After breakfast, departure to Pokhara. Drive about 6 hours, En route we enjoy the vistas of beautiful riverbanks, Annapurna Ranges and Mt. Fishtail.check into hotel with welcome drink. After Lunch take a short rest at hotel, proceeds to Phewa Lake Boating

Early morning, around 5.30 Am drive to Sarangkot to view the sunrise over Annapurna Ranges. Back to hotel. After breakfast, start Pokhara city sightseeing including Devi’s fall, Gupteshwor Cave, International Mountaineering Museum, White River Gorge, Nepalese Gorkha Museum, and Vindhyawashini Temple. Rest of the day is free for self-excursion at Lakeside Market. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Pokhara domestic airport. Fly 35 minutes to Kathmandu, arrival at Kathmandu domestic airport. Transfer to hotel, check in to the hotel. After Lunch proceeds for Bhaktapur city sightseeing. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast, start Kathmandu valley sightseeing including; Shree Pashupatinath Temple, Buddhanilkantha (Sleeping Vishnu), after lunch visit Swayambhunath Stupa /and Kathmandu Durbar Square and drop to Thamel market for shopping. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast, Proceed to Kathmandu International Airport to board the flight for Mumbai.

VEHICLE POLICY 


Please not that AC will be switched off while traveling in hilly terrain. 


Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary. You will  have to explore the place of visit on your own. Itinerary is subject to change. 


Driver Allowance will be charge extra for the Cab usage before 7.00 AM and after 8.00 PM. 


Vehicles are on point-to-point basis, not on disposal, extra usage will attract extra cost. 


Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary. 


HOTEL POLICY 


It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the 

time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason. 


Domestic Hotels Check in and check-out – 14.00 pm & 10.00Am 


Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in, the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.


Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Payment Policy

Kindly Deposit/Pay 50% advance of the Tour amount & full amount of Air / Railway tickets amount at the time of confirmation. 

Balance 50% payment should be made 15 days prior the Tour Starts. 


Do not deposit cash in our Account.

Cacellation Policy

Air/ Railway tickets cancellation charges at actual as per Airlines /Railways policy.  


• Prior to 60 days or more - 10% of the Tour cost  

• Between 60 to 30 days of departure - 25% of the tour cost  

• Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of the tour cost  

• Before 15 days prior to date of departure - 100% Tour cost  

 

Terms & Condition

No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks, heavy rush or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refund
