  • Laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu

On Arrival to Bhuj Railway Station/ Airport . Pickup and proceed to Rann. Bhuj to Tent Resort (01.30 hrs drive), check in time will be 12.00 noon .. After lunch, free time for Shopping / Adventure, After Evening Hi Tea we Visit to White Rann Sunset, Enjoy Dinner and Culture Program/ Activates. Overnight Stay at Tent Resort. (L D)

Early Morning 06.30 Am visit to Rann for Sunrise, After Breakfast Proceed to Road to Haven & Dholavira Sightseeing (UNESCO world Heritage & Archaeological Sites in India belonging to the Indus Valley Civilization), After lunch visit Kalo Dunger (Black Hill), and proceed to Resort, Evening Rann Utsav Fair & White Rann Culture Program, Overnight Stay at Tent Resort. After Breakfast and check out from Resort and procced to Bhuj, on arrival visit Swaminarayan Temple, Kutch Museum and check in hotel at Bhuj and After Lunch, Aina Mahal Museum, Prag mahal Museum, Vijay Vilas Palace and Evening Free Time for Shopping and stay at Bhuj Hotel. ( B,L)

After Breakfast and check out hotel and visit Smriti Văn Earthquake Museum and After Lunch its free Time Permitted for shopping at Bhuj local market. drop at Bhuj railway station. (B, )

VEHICLE POLICY 


Please not that AC will be switched off while traveling in hilly terrain. 


Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary. You 

will have to explore the place of visit on your own. Itinerary is subject to change. 


Driver Allowance will be charge extra for the Cab usage before 7.00 AM and after 8.00 PM. 


Vehicles are on point-to-point basis, not on disposal, extra usage will attract extra cost. 


Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary. 


HOTEL POLICY 


It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at  the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason. 


Domestic Hotels Check in and check-out – 14.00 pm & 10.00Am Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. 


Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to 

be made starting from the previous night. 


Check-in and Check-out Time as per Hotel / Resort policy 

Payment Policy

Kindly Deposit/Pay 50% advance of the Tour amount & full amount of Air / Railway 

tickets amount at the time of confirmation. 

Balance 50% payment should be made 15 days prior the Tour Starts. 


Do not deposit cash in our Account. 

Cacellation Policy

 Air/ Railway tickets cancellation charges at actual as per Airlines /Railways policy. 4


Prior to 60 days or more - 10% of the Tour cost 

Between 60 to 30 days of departure - 25% of the tour cost 

Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of the tour cost 

Before 15 days prior to date of departure - 100% Tour cost 

Terms & Condition

No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks, heavy rush or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
