- Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation
- Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is not a part of group’s set meal menu
- Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency
- Cost of any optional activity or service.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances like, landslides, natural calamities road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), during the tour (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

People arriving by train to Hosapete, will proceed by A/c Tempo / coach to Hospete & Check-in to the hotel. Lunch at Hotel, after some rest, spend the evening by enjoying the gardens of the Tungabhadra Dam area. Dinner and overnight stay in Hospete.
After breakfast proceed to Hampi. This day we would explore the ancient temples and ruins of Hampi. After a morning of exploration, we would return back for lunch in Hampi and then head back to explore some more of the beautiful rock architectures. Free time in the evening. Overnight in Hosapete.
After a leisurely breakfast proceed for the remaining sightseeing of Hampi. Lunch in the hotel and check out and proceed to Badami, Arrival in Badami by late evening. Overnight stay at Badami.
After breakfast pass through the Jowar, Corn and Sugarcane fields to arrive in the breathtaking ruins of Aihole and Patadkallu. Back to the hotel for lunch. After Lunch, proceed to visit Badami Caves and Shakambari Temple. Back to hotel late in the evening. Night stay at Badami.
After breakfast proceed to Ilkal village for shopping Ilkal sarees. Visit Sangameshwar Temple and holy Samadhi at Basaveshwara, confluence of three rivers of Krishna, Malaprabha & Ghataprabha at Kudal Sangam. Post lunch visit the mighty Almatti Dam on the River Krishna and the surrounding beautiful garden. Proceed to Vijayapura, check in the hotel.
Early morning at 06.30 am. Proceed to visit the grand and beautiful Gol Gumbaz, where the tomb of Mohammad Adil Shah along with his family lies. The mighty dome is breathtaking where inside even a single whisper is magnified 10 times to produce an amazing echo. After breakfast visit Ibrahim Roza, Narasimha Temple & Mallik-EMaidan tope. Thereafter have lunch. Post lunch visit Shivagiri then proceed to Vijaypura station to board HPT - CSMT Express (11140 Pune & Mumbai).

01) Carry your original Aadhaar card / PAN card with you while travelling by Air / Railway. Also require for Hotel Check in an.
02) Most hotels follow Check in/ Check Out time (1400hrs- 1100hrs) policy, early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel undefined discretion.
Payment Policy
Kindly Deposit/Pay 50% advance of the Tour amount & full amount of Air / Railway tickets amount at the time of confirmation.
Balance 50% payment should be made 15 days prior the Tour Starts.
Cacellation Policy
Air/ Railway tickets cancellation charges at actual as per Airlines /Railways policy.
. Prior to 60 days Tour departure date or more - 10% of the Tour cost
· Between 60 to 30 days of departure - 25% of the tour cost
· Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of the tour cost
· Before 15 days prior to date of departure - 100% Tour cost
Terms & Condition
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks, heavy rush or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
