- Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation
- Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is not a part of group’s set meal menu
- Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency
- Cost of any optional activity or service.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances like, landslides, natural calamities road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), during the tour (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

Arrive at Delhi Airport/Nizamuddin Railway Station . Reporting time will be 11:00 AM & Proceed to Haridwar. On arrival at Haridwar. check in at hotel. Evening visit Hari-ki-Pauri & Attend Ganga Arati. Overnight at Haridwar.
After breakfast proceed to Guptkashi. Enroute visit Rudraprayag. On arrival at Guptkashi. check in at hotel. Overnight at Guptkashi.
Early morning proceeds to Sonprayag. On arrival proceed towards Kedarnath by walk/ By horse -At Own Cost.(Trek Approx. 21 KM One way). On arrival at Kedarnath. Take Darshan of Kedarnath Jyotirlinga Temple. Dinner & Overnight at Kedarnath.
Early Morning take Kedarnath Darshan. After breakfast return to Sonprayag by trek (approx. 21 KM). On arrival proceed to Guptakashi. Overnight at Guptkashi.
Early Morning proceed to Joshi math. Enroute visit Karn Prayag, Nada Prayag, Vishnu Prayag. On arrival check in at hotel. On arrival visit Badrinath temple & Take Darshan of Badrinath. Overnight at Badrinath.
Early morning proceeds to Mana Village & visit Ganesh Gumpha, Vyas Gumpha, Bhim Pul, Sarswati River, Swargarohan Marg. Proceed to Srinagar Overnight at Srinagar.
Early morning proceeds to Rishikesh. Enroute visit Devprayag. On arrival visit Ram jhula, Triveni Ghat, check in at hotel. Overnight at Haridwar.
After breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to New Delhi railway station/ Airport. Tour Concludes.
Notes
01) Carry your original Aadhaar card / Driving license/ Election card with you while travelling by Air / Railway. Also require for Hotel Check in an.
02) Most hotels follow Check in/ Check Out time (1400hrs- 1100hrs) policy, early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel undefined discretion.
Payment Policy
Kindly Deposit/Pay 50% advance of the Tour amount & full amount of Air / Railway tickets amount at the time of confirmation.
Balance 50% payment should be made 15 days prior the Tour Starts
Cacellation Policy
Air/ Railway tickets cancellation charges at actual as per Airlines /Railways policy.
. Prior to tour departure -60 days or more - 10% of the Tour cost
· Between 60 to 30 days of departure - 25% of the tour cost
· Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of the tour cost
· Before 15 days prior to date of departure - 100% Tour cost
Terms & Condition
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks, heavy rush or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
